The best whistlestop between Memphis and Nashville. Just seconds off Interstate 40 in Jackson, Tennessee. Casey Jones Village is a family destination that includes: The Historic Casey Jones Home & Railroad Museum and the world famous Brooks Shaw's Old Country Store Restaurant.

The village's other attractions include the work of local artists at Art in the Village, an amphitheater, the 100-year-old Village Chapel, a working farm, the historic 175-year-old Providence House and plenty of shops.

Walking into Brooks Shaw's Old Country Store is literally stepping back in time to the 1890's. Thousands of antiques adorn the walls, hang from the ceiling, and surround you at every step. Opened in 1965 as an antique museum, they grew into a beloved Southern restaurant due to the popularity of their original lunch counter serving local favorites.

The Dixie Cafe inside the Old Country Store will be open serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner 6:30AM - 7PM Monday - Saturday and 8AM - 7PM on Sunday. They serve food from the same kitchen as the Family Style, but available as plate lunches and take out.
