Faith-Based Initiatives of the TN Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services will host TN Day of Hope in room 133 of the McWherter Center on JSCC's main campus. The event will be held from 6-9 p.m. on March 10. This is an opportunity to be trained in suicide prevention, trauma-informed care (ACEs), and overdose prevention. The ACE (adverse childhood experiences) portion of the conference is very informative and helps in understanding the way young adults react to various situations.
