Join us at Pinson Mounds for a night hike along our Earthworks trail, where we will be seeing multiple mounds as well seeing nocturnal wildlife. This will be the first night hike of the Earthworks Trail, and will require all participants to have some form of flashlight or headlamp. The Earthworks trail is natural terrain and will require more attention to hike at night so please be prepared. This hike will be roughly 2.5 miles in length, and will coverate moderate terrain. This hike has a fee of $7.00 for everyone older than 12 years of age, and has limited spots due to the nature of the hike. We will meet at the park museum at 6:30pm and head out from there. Be sure to have flashlights/headlamps as well as sturdy shoes and water. Don’t forget to use your Healthy Parks Healthy Person app to check in for this event! If you have questions or concerns please contact our park office and ask for Ranger Erwin at (731) 988-5614. To register, click the LEARN MORE tab.
