Join us the city of  Brownsville for the towns Annual Christmas Parade!
Activities begin at 2 p.m. with the grand finale parade at 6. All afternoon activities are at the Courthouse.

2pm: Children's Parade – dress up the kids and bikes, skateboards, scooters, battery operated vehicles, wagons, etc… and pets, for the sidewalk parade around the courthouse. Santa will be there to lead.

2:30 – 5:30 pm: Children are invited to visit / take pictures with Santa.

2:30pm: StoryTime with Mrs. Claus – Hear holiday stories as told by Mrs. Claus and her helpers. Courtesy of William's Nationwide Insurance.

3- 5pm: Live music from the grand stand at courthouse. Arranged with the help of the Brownsville Arts Council

4:30 pm: Parade lineup on Boyd Ave. at the Mid-South Farmer's Co-op.

5 pm: Community Christmas Tree Lighting at the Courthouse. Presented by the Brownsville Business Association

6pm: Parade Time! Parade begins at East Main and Boyd Ave. Will continue up East Main to the Square and down West Main to McLemore St. Sponsored by the Brownsville-Haywood County Rescue Squad

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of inclement weather, due to logistical reasons, the parade will not be rescheduled. Instead we invite you to join the festivities at the Stanton Parade December 8.
