Join us for the 6th Annual Downtown Dogtrot 5k run/1 mile fun walk! Hosted by LIFT Wellness Center, the event offers serious runners an early evening walk, perfect for preparation for a weekend marathon, and walkers enjoy the beautiful Jackson Walk area. Runners and walkers are encouraged to bring their four-legged companions to participate with them!

First, second and third place medals are awarded in each age group, in addition to overall male and female medals, and overall masters male and female medals. All participants receive a great goodie bag and a race tshirt is guaranteed for those registering prior to April 15. Additional tshirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All dogs must be socialized and leashed. Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent. Pre-registered teams receive a discount. There will be an additional $5 charge for day-of-race registration.
